This Privacy Policy explains what information ViceFX collects, how we use it, and your choices. ViceFX is operated as a community registry for the FiveM and RedM ecosystem.

Account data: When you sign in, we receive profile information from your authentication provider (such as name, email, and avatar) and store it in our database.

Creator profiles: Information you provide when creating or editing a profile, including descriptions, links, and images.

Reviews: Star ratings, comments, and associated metadata when you submit feedback on creator profiles.

Support messages: Content you send through our contact form and any replies from staff.

Usage data: Aggregate visit statistics to understand site usage. We do not sell personal data.

Unclaimed listings: Some directory entries may include publicly available information compiled from public sources before a profile is claimed by its owner.

We use collected information to operate the registry, display profiles and reviews, process claim and verification requests, respond to support messages, and improve the service.

Public creator profiles, reviews, and native reference content are visible to visitors as part of the registry.

We use third-party infrastructure to run ViceFX, including hosting and database services (such as Vercel and Supabase). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Authentication is handled by our auth provider. We do not store your password.

ViceFX uses session cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to protect the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.

To request access, correction, or deletion, sign in and contact us through contact form with the topic "Privacy request". We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Profile owners can edit or delete their creator profiles from the dashboard. You can edit or remove your reviews at any time.

We retain account and profile data while your account is active or as needed to operate the service. Support messages are retained to maintain conversation history.

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you.
